Return Policy

At ShinobiTCG, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in its original condition
  • be returned in its original packaging
  • not be opened, damaged, or altered
  • include any seals, wrapping, promotional items, or accessories originally included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For collector, hygiene, and resale reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened or used:

  • sealed trading card products that have been opened
  • booster packs, booster boxes, tins, blisters, and other sealed TCG products once opened
  • single cards that have been removed from protective packaging or altered
  • products sold as final sale, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
